More motivational food!!! So my dad always tells me not to eat raw cookie dough, so obviously I end up eating it, but Nikki from Pennies on a Platter has come up with an eggless way to enjoy cookie dough! I love finding quirky things to make like this that will get people curious, because ultimately, I love to bake and create for others. I like filling people’s bellies with delicious food! It’s also a great opportunity to get people together to talk and swap ideas. This is definitely another dessert making endeavor that I need to attempt when I need food motivation!

About thebinz
My name is Lyndsey Johnson and I am a senior from Lake Jackson, TX double majoring in Art (digital photography) and Communication (video production). This year I will be the station manager of Trinity's television station TigerTV, Associate Producer for the TigerTV show Studio21, a graphic design intern for the Trinity University Press, Resident Assistant for Prassel hall, timpanist for Trinity's Orchestra, ringer in two of Trinity's handbell ensembles, a member of the Trinity Art Collective, and Bad Movie Club president! My interests include baking, chocolate, photography, Harry Potter, puppies, making movies, and collecting socks. I have been known to write Elvish, caught watching too many Doctor Who episodes in a row, and have won multiple Harry Potter trivia competitions. I love life. I don't love acorn squash. I can see how some people could, but I'm not those people. I'm good people. Can't help it. It's my DNA. I get all the bad things from each of my parents though; my dad's bad knees, extremely fair skin, and extreme attention to detail. My mother's tendency to run into everything, stature, and weakness to chocolate. I most certainly did not get their taste in movies. I like being short though. I think more than I'd like being tall.
